Pick a starting month and get a print-ready school-year calendar as a PDF—nineteen months on one landscape page, in the layout I designed for our own school years.
Use this generator on a computer. The generator opens in its own tab and needs room for the live preview and the settings side by side, so a laptop or desktop works far better than a phone.

What you can change
- The month it starts in, and the year
- The first and last day of school, and how many months the calendar shows
- Terms and breaks — anything you want shaded, each with its own color, and white day numbers if the color is dark
- Whether US holidays are shaded, and what the key calls them
- Whether the week column shows, and whether the weeks are numbered
How it works
Everything runs inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and there is no account and no email address. You fill in the settings on the left, watch the preview redraw on the right, and download the PDF when it looks the way you want.
The PDF is vector, not a picture of a calendar, so it stays sharp at any size and prints cleanly on a home printer.
Why a generator instead of a PDF
For years I posted a new calendar for the coming school year, and every one of them went stale twelve months later. This makes the same calendar for whatever year you need.
