Menu Plan: Week of March 23

My family is demanding a menu plan for this week that includes some meals that I will actually cook.

I didn't cook a single meal last week, and I don't want this week to be a repeat of that. My family really enjoyed it a couple weeks ago when I cooked dinner four times, and I think I spoiled them. They want me to do it again!

Zesty helped me come up with this menu plan, using what I already have on hand, and I'm so looking forward to the meals. They all sound delicious, and so easy to make!

M: Zesty's Almost Chicken Paella

T: Braised Pork Chops in Sweet Apple Mustard and Baked Potato Wedges with Thyme (This was on my menu two weeks ago, but it was replaced with homemade pizzas for my daughter's birthday sleepover party.)

W: I have about 15 minutes between my piano lessons and when we leave for church, so there is absolutely NO time for a meal. We'll all be yo-yoing…and if I manage to eat anything at all, it'll be a miracle.

T: Shepherd's Pie (This is another busy day, with only 45 minutes between lessons and when I have to leave, so I'll prepare this during the day and have Jaden put it in the oven before my lessons are over so we'll be ready to eat as soon as I'm done.)

F: Pork, Peppers, and Pasta

YUM! Great looking menu! We are having the hamburger stroganoff tonight. I'm looking forward to it. 😀
