Menu Plan Monday: Week of June 2nd

I'm actually going to be trying some new recipes this week, including overnight French toast, homemade chicken nuggets (I plan to freeze some), taco roll ups, pizza pockets (for the freezer also), and caramel glazed chicken. I'm excited about the chance to have more time in the kitchen since "summer" has officially started at my house—meaning we're doing less schoolwork and I teach fewer piano lessons during the week.

So here's what I'll be cooking up this week.

  • Breakfasts: overnight French toast (This is my first attempt. If it turns out okay, I’ll post the recipe.), waffles, pancakes, breakfast cookies, chocolate chip muffins, cinnamon rolls
  • Lunches: taco roll ups, pizza pockets, chicken nuggets (homemade), sandwiches
  • Dinner: crock pot chicken and veggies, caramel glazed chicken, baked potatoes and beans, wet burritos, homemade pizza
  • Snacks: peanut butter balls, popcorn, grahams and peanut butter, pretzles (my first attempt), apples

Have fun in the kitchen! I'm looking forward to things slowing down around here too.

Your menu looks yummy. I'm so glad I found your site and your 3 moms site. I'll be back daily.
