Free Printable School Calendar for 2022-2023

As you know, if you homeschool, it's really, REALLY important to plan ahead. This printable school calendar is a very easy way to plan for the school year, especially since you can easily color code things for readability.

This calendar set contains three 14-month calendars, starting in either June, July, or August 2022.

Using the calendar is quite simple. You can fill in the key at the bottom to indicate different types of days such as field trips, holidays, full days, half days, or whatever you want. There is also an additional column to the right of Saturday in each calendar to use as you wish. If you want to count days present, or weeks of school, or whatever, you can easily do that in this extra column. (Thanks to Lisa for that suggestion!)

Several years ago a reader suggested using highlighters to mark the days. That way the day is colored, but you can still easily see the date.  Here's an example of using a highlighter on the calendar.

Thank you SO MUCH for providing this calendar for free. What a blessing. I use to print all my homeschool calendars off from another site that is now charging. I was delighted to find your free school calendar tonight. Printed it off and filing it in! And I love that you left room for our own color-coding system.

Thank you!!!!! This is the second year I've used your calendar for my homeschool!
May I make a suggestion? I was using another calendar for years until the website I printed it from became a paid subscription site. What I liked about the calendar was that at the end of each week (just behind Saturday) was a block to record how many days were school days that week. (I have to count days.) And at the end of the month (again behind Saturday) was a bigger block to record the total school days for that month. I'll keep using your calendar regardless, but that would be a welcome addition if you decided to add that to next year's calendar. 🙂

This calendar was so helpful for me last year. Do you have any idea if/when the 2018-2019 calendar will be available?

This is my favorite school calendar. Are you going to be making a 2018-2019 one? I'm planning for this upcoming school year and was wondering 🙂

Might a new one be on its way for 2018-19? We've used these exclusively for the last 4 years. Thank you so much!

I would agree with Monica (above) – this is what I have used for the last several years… it has been exactly the right thing. I would be very happy to see one for 2018-19….
