Zesty did it again — another hit recipe! This time it's Braised Pork Chops in Sweet Apple Mustard. Mmmm Mmmm! I also made his Baked Potato Wedges with Thyme on the side, which was another winning dish.
What amazes me the most is that each and every Zesty dinner recipe we have made so far has been approved of wholeheartedly by every member of the family, even the picky ones (mushrooms and spinach and all!). I never thought I'd see the day when that would happen.
