There is an exercise program on one of the Sky Angel satellite channels. Both the men and women are modestly dressed and no foul language. Kids are even able to do the workouts.

Ginger,

There is an exercise program on one of the Sky Angel satellite channels. Also, Tony Horton on rare occasions uses mild language, but that's very rare, and is usually only da**.
I'd rate it as PG, so it may not follow the guidelines you have for you own family.
And as for family-friendly in the exercise sense? It's definitely extreme! None of us do all the exercises…yet. But throughout, Tony offers variations that are easier to do.
It seems like it's a good fit for our own family, but it may not be a good fit for every family, that's for sure.

I've had a hard time finding a workout that (1) uses appropriate language (no need to cuss, we're just exercising!) and (2) dresses appropriately (we know you're skinny, great, but wear a little more clothing please!)
I really wanted to do The Shred (Jillian from Biggest Loser) but her workouts failed on both counts. lol

This year he has started running and really looks great (lowest weight in years). He ran a half marathon a few weeks ago and now he has inspired the rest of us. I've started running/walking with my boys and we're going to do a 5k at the end of June. It's fun doing it together as a family.

Good for you! My husband did P90x last year and lost some weight. P90x is definitely a touch program but delivers amazing results. My cousin and his wife used it for a few months and look incredible! Good luck to you.
And if you need any other motivation, here's a link to my WFMW post:

My 5 year old would join us occasionally and ask if he would get big muscles like Tony!
Just wait until you do Legs and Back. I couldn't walk properly for 3 days after that one :)
