No-Knead, No-Fuss Whole Wheat Bread

I baked again! Now I still haven't cooked dinner in quite a while, but I did bake me a loaf of bread. I used another of Zesty Cook's recipes. This one was for a whole wheat bread that requires no kneading and the bread rises for just a short time in the bread pan.

Less work? Fewer dirty bowls? Perfect!

And the result? A very filling (and I mean very filling), yet surprisingly delicious bread that my whole family heartily approved of. Toasted and topped with butter (my preference is yogurt-based Brummel and Brown) and a little honey, and I had a delicious — and very nutritious — snack! I'll definitely be making this bread again.

For kicks I thought I'd also work out the nutritional information for this recipe. Here's the breakdown per serving, assuming that one serving is 1/10 of the entire loaf.
