I have iPhoto as well as professional photo editing software, but it's a pain to open them up just to resize/crop pictures for web use. So I did a little research and found an online application that works perfectly for my needs.
The best thing about the site is that I can upload a photo or image that I want to resize from a URL, so the file doesn't have to be on my hard drive in the first place. That's a very nice feature, especially when I already have the pictures in my PhotoBucket account and the original file is buried deep on my hard drive.
So if you've been struggling with how to resize your pictures easily, check our Resizr. I think you'll be very glad you did.
And, no, I'm not being compensated for this "review." I'm just excited that someone actually developed an online resizing tool that can pull pictures from a URL!
