Garage Conversion: End of Day Five

We've gotten into the phase of the conversion that seems to drag on forever, so today we basically only accomplished two things:

1. installed all the sheet rock
2. taped and applied the first layer of mud

Jeff and John took another trip back to Lowes today to return some excess supplies. They were able to return 2 packages of insulation and a sheet of drywall. This is our third (and hopefully last) return trip to Lowes to return items. Every little bit helps!

Tomorrow we will be doing a lot of the little tasks like sanding and mudding a second time, hanging the door over the water heater, weather stripping the attic access, routing the window sill and baseboards, etc.
