I used the book "Teach Your Child How to Read in 100 Easy Lessons" to teach my son to read, but my daughter is not as excited about it and complains when I pull out the "yellow book". Funnix is developed from that same Distar Reading Program but utilizes the computer. I think my daughter might find this more exciting and engaging. I'm excited to try it. Thank you for sharing this!
