Thanks Joy as my 4 year old is "reading" everything in sight and we are working diligently on letter/word recognition! This will be great!

Oh my goodness! Thank you so much for passing this along. I had gotten this two years ago I think, or there abouts and used it for my now 6year old. She loved it! I was just getting ready to try it with my 5 year old son, and lost it all when my computer crashed. This is just so incredible. I encourage everyone to try this program! Thank you again!!!

Thanks for the great opportunity! My daughter is physically handicapped and partially bed-bound, so she uses three different computers, 2 PC's and a macbook. Can we get links to three different emails (hers, mine and my husbands) so we are compliant with the single download license? It is just for ehr, btu we never know with her health which computer she will be using.
Thanks once again!

@VLMaples, I really don't know how to answer that. You may want to see about contacting Funnix directly to ask.

Hi! I signed up about 4 hours ago but haven't gotten the email confirmation yet even though I did get the page letting me know to expect one. Have you heard of others experiencing this?

@Denise, I tried signing up last year when they had the same deal, and I never ever got the e-mail. I even e-mailed them and asked, and never got a response and I checked both my spam and junk mail boxes. I'm trying again this year.

Thank you for sharing this! I used the book "Teach Your Child How to Read in 100 Easy Lessons" to teach my son to read, but my daughter is not as excited about it and complains when I pull out the "yellow book". Funnix is developed from that same Distar Reading Program but utilizes the computer. I think my daughter might find this more exciting and engaging. I'm excited to try it.

First, thank you for sharing all your wonderful ideas and resources. I just recently discovered your blog and love it.
My question is regarding the needed 2GB of memory. That is a lot, how do you accommodate for it? I have a Mac (tiger) and from what I can see I only have 1 GB. I am not especially knowledgeable in the hardware department. Any advice is appreciated.
